Website & email security check

Check DNS records.
Understand the connections.

A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, NS, SOA, TXT and CAA: retrieve public DNS records in a clear overview and understand what they mean.

A clearer view.
Practical guidance.

The overview queries eight fixed DNS types for the exact name you enter. A and AAAA show IPv4 and IPv6 addresses, MX shows mail destinations, NS lists nameservers and SOA provides zone information. CNAME, TXT and CAA complete the picture. Queries use the hosting DNS resolver or DNS over HTTPS. Caches and alias targets may affect the responses. See Domain protection for DNSSEC and inherited CAA policies.

Clear findings, clear limits.

Each result states what was observed and the limits of the check. “Unable to check” does not mean a system is secure.

Only check public domains you own or are authorised to assess. Do not enter confidential links. The checking service sends the request to the target website or DNS provider; technical logs may be created.
